Cried like a baby after a retreat

From an email to a friend who I had talked to about crying:

Dear I,

I just wanted to let you know that on my drive to Va. Beach I cried like a little baby. :) I was listening to a sad song by Dave Matthews, and a bunch of feelings about * came to the surface, so there I am, driving down the road w/ tears running down my cheeks.

But this is a good thing b/c I called * and talked to her for hours, and she told me things I didn't know, and vice-versa.
