A new era in life?

March 1, 2009

This morning I woke up at a decent time, had a little coffee, then jumped into yoga workouts that lasted about ninety minutes. Afterwards a shower and breakfast I decided to re-organize the apartment one more time, this time making it more conducive to my yoga workouts.

As I was moving the furniture around, I began hoping that today -- really, the last two months leading up to today -- would mark a new era in my life. Hopefully this will be a time of less drinking, more exercise (mostly yoga and walking), more reading, and less television … all these things leading to a life that produces more OBEs and other spiritual effects.

I know that these changes will lead to more OBEs, of that I’m certain. But beyond the OBEs I’ve also had glimpses of other things that I want to explore more. For instance, some times when I lay down, my dreams start before I even fall asleep. I’ve written here before that some of these dreams/visions include foreign languages, but recently another vision seems to have been a premonition.

Hmph, I was going to write about this now, but I’m a little short on time. Let me just say that it involved seeing a gray animal, which turned out to be a gray cat. I’ll try to get back to this later …
