Practicing yoga with vertigo

The top of my head finally quit hurting about two weeks ago, but I've still been having problems with vertigo/dizziness. I don't know if this is due to the concussion, but they warned me it was a possibility. The only thing that really matters is that I've gotten tired of it, and I want to practice yoga again.

As I tried a few more complicated yoga maneuvers recently, it's been a pretty wild trip, and I try to stay close to the wall in the little yoga area I've set up. There is one key that I've learned, though, and that is to trust my muscles, and to try to ignore the bad signals coming from my brain. It's not very easy to do, and I'm not very good at it, but I'm curious how far I can go with this approach.

I do hope the dizziness goes away soon, but this has been an interesting learning experience.
