A friend of mine wrote this story about crime at the Champion Farms apartment complex in Louisville, Kentucky, and all I can say is "move out, asap". Your own safety and security is more important than trying to save a few dollars. Break your lease, and get out.

I've lived in other apartment complexes in Louisville, KY and elsewhere, and once they go south into the crime wave scene, the best thing you can do for your own safety and security is to move out. Let the Louisville police deal and Champion Farms apartment management deal with the crime.
