Conversation with my wife in my bedroom
Was dreaming, then thought I was awake, in my bedroom ... having a conversation with my wife .. the room is similar to my current, but there's a long hallway leading out of the bedroom, and the walls are red on the right and the end, and orange on the left ... the ceiling is very tall ... at the end of the hallway there's a mirror at an angle, so as I'm in bed I can see myself in the mirror, so I'm fooling around, making funny faces while looking at my reflection.
"Mugabe" is killed by an oriental woman
A recurring dream ... a man, someone named "Mugabe" is killed, and people are after me to find the killer. In particular this one oriental woman who is hounding me the most to find the killer, turns out to be the killer herself.
Near the end of this dream I'm trying to get my sister's attention, to try to help me. But in the end we get this lady, and I have her tied up, but she knows the martial arts, and she's pretty much ready to kick my butt. Somebody shoots her though, maybe my sister.
iMacs, AniMotion, InMotion
In the dream where I was just moving root beer, and root beer trucks, I start to "dream" about iMacs, "Animotions", 9" Animotions or InMotions ... I'll see if I can get any more ...
(Later follow-up: This "dream" happened when I was still more or less awake, and this dream started playing, like a radio commercial, and I couldn't stop it. I just had to listen to the announcer-guy, and couldn't turn it off.)
"North by one"
A long dream about work, cleaning out the building, and getting ready for something. I keep using this phrase, "North by one." It's almost like swearing on a stack of bibles.
There's this one woman who is with us, and she's supposed to be very irresistible ... this is a dream involving Paul Newman ... I want to call the woman Ann Hathaway or Ann Northcut ...
And this one man says something like "I'm going to go deal with the girl". Before he goes, this other guy says "I swear that I will not do something with the girl. North by one."
Levitating in a business office
After that dream, I end up in the fancy office of a much older man. There are books all around the office. The chairs are leather, the desks are wood. It's an older office of a financial man, maybe a lawyer.
The man wants to talk to me about a business agreement. I don't know if he wants to hire me, or have me write some software ...
"Have you ever lost a baby?"
Last dream of the morning, as I'm waking up, I'm doing a bunch of things with the family. I went upstairs to do something, the room up there is like the room in the house where I grew up, b/c the window is similar.
My youngest sister walks in, and she walks into a bathroom that is attached to this room. A little later she says something like "Have you ever lost a baby?" I said no. She said "We lost a boy", and something else. Then she says, "You've already met him."
My world being shaken by a jackhammer
Notes from a "dream" this afternoon:
I started running a fever this morning at work, and finally left work just after 1 pm, and came home and went to bed. I had many dreams during this time, none of which I bothered to record, but one multi-layer dream was very interesting because of its ramifications.
A family?
A long sequence of dreams this morning -- and I mean over four hours long -- about a girl/woman I've know for a long time. She comes to me and tells me that's she's pregnant, and says that she wants to marry me, and raise this baby (not my baby) as ours. She doesn't want the father to know about it, she just wants to tell everyone the baby is ours.
Making a bull rush for the front door
Just a little while ago I was laying on my recliner, listening to a series of Monroe Institute recordings (but mostly sleeping) when I suddenly hear the front door open. For some reason I go into panic mode and try to scream, but I can't, the best I can do is make some muffled sounds. Unable to make a sound, I decide to jump up out of the chair and make a bull rush at whoever is coming in.
George's name is Sebastian
Notes from a dream: George's name in the future is Sebastian, and he's left-handed, and I want him to pitch to Rick, Maggie's boyfriend from NX ... they're both left-handed. And the Sebastian character seems to want to take orders from me.
He's sitting behind a desk, and I'm in the kitchen, eating a cookie, and he asks me what I want to do. And I say "I want you to pitch to him."
