Warning: Do not try these things at home
Because this website often discusses topics like Zen, meditation, yoga, sleep exercises, Hemi-Sync recordings from The Monroe Institute, and out of body experiences (OBE's), it is strongly recommended that you do not try any of these exercises at home. If you do try these at home, you have been warned -- you are completely on your own.
Simply stated, I will not be responsible for your actions; this website simply describes techniques that have or have not worked for me in my study of my own human consciousness, and I do not recommend them for anyone else. Period.
Visitor comments
At this time comments related to my blog posts are being allowed. I will or will not allow individual comments based on my sole discretion. If you have a problem with that, don't submit any comments.
Visitor email addresses
The "comment" software modules used on this website do store your email address in a database. While I will do what I can to protect that information, I didn't write Drupal (the software used for this website), I didn't write any of the modules used by Drupal, and in fact, I am a new Drupal user myself.
I will do what I can to keep all these Drupal modules up to date, but even then, if I'm on vacation, or for some reason don't get a notification, it may be weeks or months before I apply a patch.
If you're not comfortable with any of this, don't make any comments here.
Privacy information
This website is currently hosted by Godaddy.com, and I will periodically use whatever website statistics software they offer me for free. I have no idea what they currently use, and I have even less idea what they're going to use tomorrow.
In general, I could care less what pages you look at, how often you look at them, what path you take through this website, etc.. If you don't come back tomorrow, good for you, except for a few countries, it's a free world. As far as website statistics go, the only things I usually care about are data in the aggregate, including how many page views this site gets each day/week/month, and what pages are popular.
That being said, if there appear to be attempts to hack/compromise this website, yes, I will look at individual IP addresses, and I will report those IP addresses and/or domains to the FBI or any other authorities I deem necessary. I won't report them all, but I will report any that appear suspicious to me.
Summary
In summary, if you're not comfortable with any of this, please go visit another website.
